Registration
To use THE BOX PACKAGING, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, users are required to provide a name and email address. We use this information to contact the user about our services, even if they have not placed an order.
Order
We request information from users on our order form. Users must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for credit card authorization and to fulfill customers' orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we use this information to contact the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer tied to information about the user. We use persistent cookies, which are small text files stored on the user’s hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following the Internet browser’s help file directions.

Customers are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. We ask for contact information such as name and email address. To opt-out of receiving future newsletters, send an email to sales@theboxpackaging.co.uk.
Customer Service
We communicate with users regularly to provide requested services. Our production and customer service teams use both email and phone information to address issues related to in-process orders.
Legal Disclaimer
Although we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
Third-Party Intermediaries
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Business Transitions
If THE BOX PACKAGING undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, users’ personal information may be part of the assets transferred. Security
We take every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, it is protected both online and offline.
Sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on browsers like Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer is locked.
We also protect user information offline. Access to personally identifiable information is restricted to employees who need it to perform their jobs. Employees must enter their password to access user information, and our servers are housed in a high-security environment.
Supplementation of Information
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this privacy statement, the homepage, and other appropriate places. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which it was collected.
If we will use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify users via email. Users will have a choice about whether their information is used in this different manner.
If customers have opted out of all communication with the site or have deleted/deactivated their account, they will not be contacted or have their information used in this new manner. Material changes to our privacy practices that do not affect information already stored in our database will be posted on our website.
